Work Process

1: Brief Review
We will start by reviewing your brief. I will carefully go over all details and discuss anything that needs clarification.Confirmation & Deposit
Once everything is agreed upon, if you are a new client, please kindly send a $30 deposit.Note: This is not an extra fee—it simply confirms your official order and will be fully deducted from the final invoice upon completion.Composition Sketches
After receiving the deposit, I will create 2–4 composition sketches for you to choose from. Estimated time: 5–7 days.Color Options
Once you select your preferred composition, I will prepare 2–4 color options. Estimated time: 5–7 days.Final Rendering
After approving the color scheme, I will start rendering the final artwork.

  • Estimated duration: 2–8 weeks.

  • Progress Updates: I will proactively send you updates every 2 weeks.

1: Payment Method
I only accept payment via PayPal.2: Revision Policy

  • Unlimited revisions per stage: You are welcome to request unlimited adjustments within the current working stage.

  • Stage Lock: Once a stage is approved and we move on to the next one, elements from previous stages cannot be changed.

Example: After approving the composition sketch and moving to the color stage, no overall composition changes can be made.

  • Exceptions: If your requested change is minor and does not significantly impact the overall work, I will still be happy to accommodate it.

3: Payment Method
Maximum size is under 7000x7000 px
4: Additional Characters
Each extra detailed character will cost 70% of the original base price.Exception: Small or blurred silhouette characters in the background that don't require high detail will be free of charge.

5: Background Fee
Adding a background (for Headshot, Bust-up, Half Body, or Full Body) will add 10% – 50% of the original base price, depending on complexity.
6: Payment Terms

  • New Clients: A $30 deposit is required to secure your spot in my schedule.

Note: This is not an extra fee—it simply confirms your official order and will be fully deducted from your final invoice upon completion.

  • Returning Clients: The initial $30 deposit is waived for returning clients.

  • Next Payment Stage: Once the initial sketch is approved, please pay 50% or 100% of the remaining balance so I can proceed with the next stages.
